Mislead by VM

I renewed my VM tv/broadband volt package on 30/12/23 and was told that everything would remain the same, I was signing for a 18 MONTH contract which I agreed to.

I’ve just found out today that unknowingly, VM renewed my O2 contract for 24 NOT 18 months!!!!

O2 will not let me leave without paying penalties before December 25.

I didn’t renew that O2 contract, VM did.

I WOULD BE VERY WARY OF VM SALES PEOPLE MISLEADING YOU REGARDING YOUR O2 SIM

    Thanks for your post.

    We're very sorry to hear you weren't advised for the 24 month contract with O2.

    When you first received the new contract, you would have been asked for consent to go ahead with this after reading what's included.

    You would have also had a 14 days cooling off period,

    Sadly, as much as we'd like to help from here, it would not be possible to amend the O2 side of things.
