Linking Virgin / Virgin02 accounts can’t find email
I have spent the last three days trying to gain access to my virgin account for online billing and VM Connect to discuss hubs.
It keeps returning the message we’ve found your virgin media account and saying it is linked to a different account and then blocking me after too many attempts
i have tried every email address I’ve ever had, had an o2 contract 6 years ago. I’ve tried WhatsApp support, live chat and no resolution.
is there a way to sort this?
