Issues ordering WiFi Pod

I am a Volt customer on Gig1 package. I have two blackspots when scanning my house. I have used the connect app to check these and it shows wifi is poor but it doesn’t show any option to order a WiFi pod through the app,

How can I order a wifi pod?
