I’m new and really struggling to get help with my issues
Joined Virgin in September picked the M250 package with mixed TV. WiFi was awful so advised by the installer to upgrade to M350 then we can get a SIM card and have up to 3 pods to boost the wifi, 2 days later I set this all up filled in pac details and new bank account for o2 still feeling confident.
After 2 weeks of nothing spent over 2 hours trying to chat online and get a wifi pod ordered even though I needed a couple was told this was all placed. Nothing happened tried to chase but again takes hours to get anywhere through the chat and seems a waste of time.
called customer service to try and chase the wifi pods and sim the first call after an hour and promises they won’t cut me off and if this happens will call back got cut off, second call after over an hour again got cut off again.
try to go through 02 but can’t get anywhere as account not set up and told virgin need to do this.
so still have rubbish wifi no pods arrived no sim has arrived I can’t seem to chase either totally fed up with chatting to people on line who obviously don’t help and even when I call and speak to someone nothing happens and they end up cutting me off.
been a sky customer for years and never had any issues about getting help and support and now totally pulling my hair out with virgin, can anyone help me
