Have O2 Volt benefits but not VM

Hi,

I have recently joined O2 and have already got my Volt benefits on my data (doubled), but have not received the Volt benefits on my Virgin Media plan yet.

How can I go about getting this resolved? It has been more than the advised 14 days.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your Volt benefits not applying to your Virgin Media service. 

    How did you apply for the Volt benefit to be applied, please? 

    It is important that both the Virgin Media and O2 accounts are registered to the same address. The address must be completely the same, and match absolutely in both accounts. If there is any difference on the O2 address, please contact O2 directly to change this to match the Virgin Media service account address.

      Hi,

      I was already with Virgin Media then got an O2 contract. Both are on the same address and name.

      My O2 benefits applied automatically within 24 hours, and my Virgin Media ones are yet to apply at all. My O2 contact started on the 4th May, so it’s been more than the advised 2 weeks.

      I haven’t specifically applied or done any action for my Volt benefits, I haven’t been able to find a place to trigger this if it exists?
