Getting Volt benefit

We had our virgin media broadband activated today, with the account in my name. My wife has a 02 pay monthly mobile so I believe we qualify for Volt. 

However when she logs into her my02 and clicks on virgin media it says she isn't eligible. Her 02 account is registered at the same address.

Wondering how we link the two accounts together.

    Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with applying for O2 benefits, you should be eligible as long as the broadband and O2 accounts are registered at the same address, which you have quoted as is correct in your post. Have you tried to speak to O2 about this , if not, please can you speak to them using the methods here and they will be able to help further with getting the benefits activated on both sides.

      Thanks Steven. I think we tried the My02 app too soon after installation. On checking again on Saturday my wife was able to add Volt. The benefits in terms of internet speed boost or being able to order WiFi pods don't seem to have been applied the Virgin Media side yet, but understand that can take up to 14 days.
