finding home address VM are using

Have a problem with O2 not applying my Volt benefits to my mobile phones. My VM account shows Volt activated but I can't find anywhere in my VM account the home address you are using for me to see if it matches O2 account address?? Can you please help

    In most cases your home address should be visible when you view your VM contract in My Virgin Media.
