Fed up of getting no Volt resolution.

As the title says, fed up of getting passed from pillar to post by VM and O2, neither of which will hold their hands up and take ownership. Signed up to VM FTTP and O2 double data sim on 26 Feb. O2 went live first then VM around 12 March. Have NEVER had Volt benefits despite having VM and O2 accounts. Ive made an official complaint to O2 who, despite being given account details etc, said they couldnt investigate as I didnt includemy mobi number! Even when this was given, they still havent investigated.

I want to bin off O2 as I dont see why 3 months later, I should pay for something Im not getting. What effect does cancelling O2 have on my VM \ O2 'Volt' deal (which Im not actually getting)? Anyone?

    We're sorry to hear of the issue getting your Volt benefits applied, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

    As you post is a little confusing, can you confirm if the issue is getting these applied to your Virgin media services or on to your O2 mobile package? If it is in relation to O2 you would need to contact them using the methods here to discuss this further.

      No disrespect intended but my post is clear what Im asking about: that is about binning off the O2 part of the Volt agreement and what effect it would have on my VM FTTP agreement bundle.
