Contract Upgrades

Hi, my contract is due for renewal/ upgrade. I'm an o2 customer too so was hoping to see the Volt deals etc. When I try and follow the online link on the Virgin media website it says "Oops" and I can't view my offers. It directs me to the chat function which has not been any use. Every link I've found on the website that offers upgrades and renewals is not working. Very frustrating!

I've tried the 0345 number and still no joy. Is there a way I can contact someone from Virgin media to discuss renewals and offers please? Or is there a way I can view it online without encountering the dreaded "Oops" message.
