Charging for free sim
When renewing my contract I was re sold the same package as I previously had high speed broadband tv landline and unlimited sim or so I thought when going through my banking I have unknowingly paid £793.24 I have spent hours on the phone being passed between virgin and o2 and nobody is taking any accountability I have also done an online complaint and have still not got a reply or resolution absolutely shocking when asking for a manager to call me back apparently this is also not possible I’ve been a loyal virgin media customer for years but have found my recent experience less that acceptable!
