Can't order a Pod
Hi,
I have recently joined Virgin and have Volt benefits so eligible for Wifi Guarantee.
I have used the Connect App to scan all rooms and one key room shows 'Poor' wifi coverage (this is where I need to WFH so essential to have strong wifi!). However, the once the scan is complete I am unable to order a Pod, as no option given to do so.
Have tried phoning for help but get fobbed off and there is no way to order online. Just going around in circles!
How do I order a Pod? Any help would be appreciated.
