V6 Series Link
Just received a replacement V6 box after the last one failed.
In the documentation that came with the new box it states how to copy the Series Link settings from the failed box to the new box. I have done this before many years ago but the options in my account do not correspond with the information in the manual.
Anyone know a quick way to get to the right setting?
I have tried help from Virgin media but their response is that you cannot copy your recordings - I know that and I know I have lost them but they did not seem to understand all I wanted to do was copy the Series Link settings rather than set them all up again?
