V6 box stopped working
My V6 box stopped working last week.
Couldn't get apps then went into a complete loop of welcome then no signal. Was unable to turn off by the remote or manually.
I got in touch via the messaging service, where a check was carried out & confirmed that I would need a new box. I then lost all signal to my laptop so didn't finish the conversation.
I have checked my emails & nothing as been confirmed by Virgin of when my new box will be arriving.
I'm not sure how long I would need to wait, been 4 days, before I need to chase.
