V6 box keeps disconnecting from TV
Hoping someone can help. We have a V6 box plugged into a Samsung TV. The problem we are starting to have is that when using streaming apps like Amazon or Netflix occasionally when starting to stream or starting the next episode if we have been watching for a while the whole V6 box will disconnect from the TV. No picture or sound, as far as the TV is concerned there's nothing even plugged in. The only way to bring it back is to turn the V6 box off and on again using the power switch on the box. Have already tried alternate HDMI cables so cabling is not an issue, have also tried alternate HDMI ports on the TV so the port isn't an issue, we also had this happen on the TV previous to the one we're using now so that eliminates the TV itself being a problem. The only thing I can think of is the V6 box is faulty.
