Deleting all existing & scheduled recordings is not something V6 is known for, but if you've converted your V6 into TV360 (and thus have TV360 boxes), then there's certainly some form there. Are you sure you have V6 & not TV360? The physical box is the same, but V6 runs TiVo-software and has the TiVo-logo in the top-right corner next to the video preview... TV360 doesn't.
Also TV360 has a voice-controlled remote, V6 doesn't.
Pixellation is how digital-TV handles a signal fault. If you've reset the box once, check for local area faults on 0800 5610061 and if not - then you should report the fault as there's clearly an underlying issue. Either call in on 0345 4541111 (or 150 from a VM landline) or wait on here for a staff response if you don't mind waiting a few days.
You mention it happens more frequently on Sky Sports - can you be more specific about which specific channel(s)? VM, in common with all digital TV platforms, carries channels in small clusters which rarely bear any correlation with their EPG positions. A signal fault will usually affect specific clusters and thus all channels on that cluster.

Thanks so much for the reply.
I'll be honest I just took the V6 from my equipment check page so possible it's been updated to the 360.
I shall see what luck I can get on the phone/response to this post to get the fault investigated.
It tends to be the sky sports main channel, premier league, nfl but may be its more noticeable on these channels due to the content I am viewing.
Thanks again ๐
