tivo 6 box wireless broken
Hi i hope someone can help i have a tivo 6 box and recently i upgraded my hub from the superhub 3 to the superhub 6 and ever since that time the Tivo 6 box cannot detect the wireless connection. The tivo 6 tv box searches and searches and does not find any network at all. Previously on the superhub 3 i was connected wirelessly without any issue. All my devices currently are connected fine to the superhub 5 without issue 3 phones and 2 laptops but the tivo 6 box simply cannot find the hub. I have discussed this with Virgin customer support somewhere in Asia where i really struggled to understand what the guy was trying to say but got there in the end. All he kept insisting on is that he send me a wifi signal booster and he would not understand that all my other devices are connected fine and this seems to be a compatibility issue between the new hub and the tivo box. I was left very frustrated by his constant suggestions of sending a signal booster so i hung up on him and i am hoping someone here can now help me.
