Sudden 7400 error code
Hi, my virgin media v6 box appears to have had its activation removed, but I am unable to contact Virgin Media for assistance, please help

Have you made any recent changes to your account, that's the usual cause of an activation error.
Why are you unable to contact VM for assistance? I only ask because calling in, will almost certainly be the quickest way to resolve this problem.
