Err code 7400
I’ve just had a faulty v6 box replaced for a new v6 in my living room now working fine.
but my TiVo box in the bedroom has stopped working its shows code 7400 it was working fine till I installed v6. I’ve spoke to a advisor who’ did some tast etc etc and them said she can’t do anything and will pass it on to someone else and to expect a phone call I’m still waiting I’m paying over £100 a month for this service I’d expect a faster response. Does anyone know a quick fix please
7400 is a TiVo-software activation error, it's very likely the CS agent has deactivated the wrong box.
I'd suggest calling back with the box S/N to-hand, this error should be resolvable during one call.
