So I have not long had a new V6 box imagine my disappointment when this issue started it does not get passed the welcome screen then restarts and so on and so on. It happened about a month ago so I have had no Virgin TV, thankfully I rarely use Virgin TV and have been binge watching YouTube and Amazon Prime on my smart TV
You could try turning off the V6 by the switch on the back of the box; then on the front of the V6 box hold down both the power button and the - button at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.
If the power button and the - button workaround doesn't solve it then try using the power button and the + button at the same time instead.

Sounds like a dud refurb. It happens. Get in touch with VM & they will change it again.
