It does indeed look like the folder for Sky Max is currently missing from the On Demand library, yes.

Individual programmes are still available via the search function.

It's still available on the 360 and Stream boxes under TV Shows > Channels

There are 314 series plus 34 individual programs listed at present under Sky Max.

This is caused by a failure to correctly process the metadata or an error in the metadata. For legacy TiVo this is a rigid, error-prone system which builds virtual catch‑up folders from metadata rules, but the slightest problem with the metadata or process can result in loss of folders.

However the 360’s Horizon 4 platform has a modern, app-style catch-up system. Metadata is ingested from the cloud into VM’s internal content delivery network (iCDN) for processing. If the metadata feed changes, the iCDN updates automatically. Even if Sky introduces an error in its feed, Horizon 4 ignores the bad field and keeps the app running. That’s why Sky Max can vanish on V6 but remain perfectly intact on 360.

BTW the 360 haters should be aware of things like this.
