S102 Error Code Stuck onretrieving channels 33%

Hi,

Cam home today one of my V6 box's is stuck on 33% loading up the channels, my internet is fine and when I go to settings connect to Virgin network all comes up as fine. I've checked connections all is good and I can get trecorings ok.

However their is a notice of a problem regarding Broadband and it does mention V6 

"Virgin Broadband, Interactive TV & V6 On Demand services might not be working at the moment.Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused".

Could this be part of the problem or not?

    W02 is no signal or insufficient signal being received by the V6 via the white coaxial cable. If the connectors are in tight then you need a technician visit to investigate.

      Got to love it...all back and running yet still showing as an issue completion date 29/07!

    All the channels on my other box suddenly stopped working with a w02 code and to reboot.

    Rebooted now have same problem as other box.

    Hard to rule out, are you saying this V6 is stuck in the reboot loop? Or that live TV is still working?

    You mention having a multiroom setup, but your other V6 are OK?

    A V6 stores recordings on the HDD and doesn't need an internet connection to access them. It would be interesting to see whether OnDemand works.

       It says its trying to load up all the channels. 33% and after it gets no further..."The  box is unable to acquire channel information"

      It then says to hit the home button as you can still watch recorded programmes,  which I can.

      My internet is fine, my other V6 box is fine, my phone connected to the router is dead.

      I have rebooted the router and the V6 box several times.
