Requested a replacement remote two weeks ago and still not received. Phoned 150 from my landline and when I pressed the digit to request a replacement as the initial one wasn`t received the phone was disconnected. Any assistance from an admin would be appreciated.

In the meantime you could download and use the Virgin TV Control app as a temporary remote.
