Recordings pixelated
I have a similar problem, primarily with Sky Witness. For example all the Chicago recordings are pixelated. Sometimes rendering them unviewable.

Your post has been moved to a new thread, rather than adding to someone else's.
Check the following channels to see if they're also affected - Sky History HD, E4-HD, Crime & Investigation HD. These channels share a broadcast frequency with Sky Witness HD & Sky Arts HD, so should be equally affected by a signal fault.
Are there any other specific channel(s) affected, that you can identify? Check for local area faults on 0800 5610061, if nothing's reported then best to assume the problem is specific to your install. Primary fault reporting is via phone on 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM landline. Alternatively, staff should be along on this forum in a couple of days.
Great response. I have monitored the other channels as suggested, to no avail. It would appear that the corruption happens to those recordings that take place at 0200, all the Chicagos etc.
So I have now set to record the other suggested channels at the same time to ascertain if the issue does in fact exist on those channels too.
Side question, a few box iterations ago (prob 5 years +), the user had the ability to search and retune channels on their box. Does this facility not exists anymore? Just wondering if there was a way to address the possible signal fault as suggested above.
