No Picture & No Response from Remote

Hi.

I pretty sure | require an engineer visit, I'm in area 10.

I getting no picture and no response from the V6 box with the remote after the welcome screen. Virgin have done various remote tests with no errors showing up so ipretty sure there is a problem with my V6 box.

I have applied for the 360 upgrade, new remote has been delivered but i have yet to do the upgrade from the V6 apps.

      Hi Martin.

      Apologies for the late reply.

      All sorted, seems the upgrade was pushed remotely and didn't complete,

      While we are here, I have another issue that needs to be addressed. There was wall plant here that we recently removed so we could render our gable end, I was not too pleased to see that this virgin cable installation. Can this please be addressed?

        Sorry to hear that your cables haven't been buried very deep.  I can certainly arrange for a team to visit to correct this.
