Need V6 remote

My TV remote needs replacing, a number of the function keys have become spongy and do not work.  On the website in my account it says I can get a new remote for free, but the links keep sending me around in circles and results in an error occurred while placing your order, please try again…..and again……and again, can someone from Virgin please help?…
