Move TV box and router; need an engineer

Hi! I want to move our TV box and router to another room but that will involve a different access point from outside the house. How can I arrange an engineer's visit?

    £25 non fault call out fee.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

    We can certainly help in getting your TV box relocated for you. As Adduxi has correctly confirmed, there would be a one-off charge for £25 for the engineer visit. If you're happy with this, I've sent over a private message so I can get this booked in.
