Missing TV channel
I am on the Mix TV package, according to the August TV guide on your website I should be able to watch National Geographic+1. It is greyed out on the TV guide, how do I resolve this?

Per the channel guide it has a plus sign next to it for Mix which means it is a personal pick add-on. Have you added it in that way?

I am on the Mix package which has a tick. It's the Mixit which has the plus sign.
You will need VM Staff to confirm if you should be able to receive National Geographic+1.
I've passed feedback on this to the Modteam.
There's a discrepancy within the TV guides for different months.
The Key in the Aug_25.pdf and the Key in the may_25_v2.pdf both indicate that the Mix tier is shown in column 1, and if that's the case then the channel should be available.
Looking at the colour codes shown then the May pdf the Mix tier is colour coded blue so the channel should be available, however the colour codes shown in the August pdf show that the Mix tier is colour coded orangy/brown which would place it column 2 and the channel wouldn't be available on that tier.
Have you checked if the program(s) are available under catchup/on demand?

Caveated by newapollo's comments, I'm not sure you're right here.
The tick is against the orange column...
...which according to the key is...
Thanks newapollo for passing it on. The guide I am looking at shows Mix in blue with tick, https://a.storyblok.com/f/253875/x/77c18ffd87/channelguide_legacy_mobile_aug_25.pdf
They have got two versions of the guide, one for the desktop, and one for mobiles. They are different. Virgin Media's competence knows no bounds😕.
They are meant to be different, mobile version is for reading on mobile phones.
