Issues with Pin reset

Question

Hi there,I’ve been having real problems with my pin recently. &nbsp;Anything recorded after 9pm such as Taskmaster or Match of the Day require a pin to watch them as they are counted as restricted content. &nbsp;However whenever I enter my pin the box is saying it’s wrong. I have reset it several times but this hasn’t fixed it. I’ve been on the phone to the Virgin help desk and wasted an hour as they tried to tell me I needed to buy a new box until they eventually tried to reset the pin themselves. They told me to wait 20 minutes for it to take but unfortunately that hasn’t fixed the problem. Has anyone else had an issue like this and have they been able to fix it?&nbsp;

The default TV PIN is 1234, you can change this to something of your choosing via the Help &amp; Settings menu.If CS have reset your PIN, it will be 1234 until you explicitly change it yourself.

Thanks for your response.I have already changed the pin in my settings, that’s the problem, it’s not working.&nbsp;The CS reset didn’t work either.&nbsp;

Did you test it using 1234 immediately after CS had reset it?
