So I bought the boxing match that is supposed to be on now, this morning and it is telling me I have purchased it, but when I go to watch it I have nothing but a black screen, spent an hour on the phone with Customer Services and all they can tell me is that it is not a problem Virgins services.

At the time of me posting (20:52) there are no other threads/posts on the community forum of anybody else being unable to watch the PPV boxing.
Have you tried rebooting the V6, also possibly rebooting the VM hub?
You could also try a different HDMI cable or HDMI port. (the HDMI cables can work loose)
It might also be an idea to check the V6
Have you tried altering the V6 video settings?
Help & Settings > Video Output > Change Settings
Try enabling only the following:- 1080i, 1080p passthrough, and 2160p passthrough
