2nd box TV move

We need to move our second TV box from an upstairs bedroom to the conservatory.  I have read here that we can book an engineer to do this at a cost of £25.  How do you get this arranged?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, thanks for your query regarding removing a box. If you are just wanting to remove the box, you can do this yourself by unplugging the cabling from the back. If you are wanting a hard disconnection where an engineer removed the cable from the source point to the location of the second box, this chargeable.
