You try using voice control and say "recordings" to get to your recordings.
Did you mean you can only set series links if the series is currently showing on the EPG or something else.

Yes limited to series . If I wanted to watch miss Marple series 1 episode 1 which I had on my old box. Now ITVX want payment and most shows only allow certain episodes to be seen

Aside from a couple of specific apps, there is no difference in content between a TV360 & a V6. The differences are in software & "how to use"
Content is dictated by your package to a much greater extent. Miss Marple S1 is listed as being available via "U" OnDemand, not sure where you're seeing ITV-X

Hey SUperhoned, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community. We are sorry to hear you are having some 360 issues.
We can see you've spoke to the team, have they managed to help?

Totally agree got conned into an upgrade (which isnt) no mention whatsoever that the mini 360 box has no harddrive which we use in the bedroom so you wont be able to record any programs on it also the fact that anything you have previously recorded is lost on both previous boxes. A shambles what kind of upgrade is that!
We have a virgin technition coming to take out the new 360 boxes and revert back to the older ones now however we have lost all previous recordings. Why not tell you this before sending them out ?

Well done on getting them to put V6 boxes back. It's supposed to be impossible according to many an 'expert' on here...

Well he is due to come on Friday so will wait and see what happens, further to my last post the mini 360 box that wasn't allowing us to record stating it had no hard drive has now started recording ! Completely confused now. Still prefer the older box being able to speak to the new one does nothing for me and I can't see any other redeeming features.

Out of interest, what were the circumstances in which you were "totally conned" into converting from TiVo/V6 > TV360?

I found the post helpful, and in confirmed that the 360 upgrade does has some issues, I have been offered the free upgrade which is an option, but am still using my V6 which works perfectly but the disc soon fills up to 100% and I have to delete stuff out in order to record more.
I would not want to loose all my recordings also as mentioned, so will stay with the V6 , also the 360 upgrade requires changing the remote. I think it does offer more channels, but I have downgraded to mixit tv to reduced the cost which has increased a lot, so less now to record anyway.

The 360 box offers exactly the same channels as the V6 and has the same storage space (if you have multiple boxes you actually get less storage space with the 360 as the secondary boxes don't have hard drives). You get one or two extra streaming apps (Disney and Apple+ I believe) but lose a lot of decent features.
