Just received my 2 remotes. Already have 2 x V6 boxes. Understood that you can upgrade to 360 using the remotes but I cant find instructions for this. Also read that all recordings need to be deleted before the upgrade, is this true? Can anyone help me please? Can you explain in layman's terms, I am not very good with technical stuff, thanks 😁😁
Where did you get instructions on how to go from v6 to 360. I am quite nervous too because it seems that there are loads of problems doing this
Why do you want to go from V6 to 360? What do you expect to gain? Don't get conned by the word 'upgrade' , have a look at the features you'll lose:-

Your V6 should receive an "upgrade now" app a few days after receiving your remotes, you'll have a short time to instigate the conversion yourself before it's done automatically.
All your existing series links and recordings are deleted as part of the process, so make a note of any programmes you've not watched. Anything that's not available via other means, such as OnDemand or streaming - you should watch those ASAP.
On-screen prompts should guide you most of the way through, once you've selected the install app.

There should either be an instruction pamphlet included within the box containing the two 360 remote, or the details are printed on the inside of the box lid.
