Welcome To Virgin360 Welcome Message
Recently changed to V360 and every time I turn on the service I get the welcome message and accompanying inset video. Is there any way that this message can be disabled so that it does not appear….. Ever ?

The 360 should go back to the last channel you were watching when you turned the box off.
Are you switching the box off at the plug or with the switch on the back of the box, it's best to leave the box in standby set to fast start or active start.
Go to settings -> system -> standby power consumption and change it to fast start.
