Watchlist

Hi. Can anyone please tell me why my watchlist doesn’t show the episodes that I’ve watched in a series. I’m finding it so frustrating. Thanks

    Sorry to hear your watchlist isn't bring any of the episodes you've watched up.

    Can we please ask if you've clicked on the profiles button by accident and switched to another user's profile?

    I'm having the same issue. It's the most frustrating. When clicking record it shows the whole series or for sport the channel. When watching a show, there is no watchlist rail, I have to remember what episode I'm on each and every time. 

    This isn't want I signed up! The user friendly aspect is non existent!

    I've tried the profile suggestion, which does absolutely nothing. I've tried resetting, again the same issue.
