Watchlist is Empty again

Hi, my Watchlist has disappeared leaving just one added programme.  My Watchlist has gone from the 360 box and the Virgin TV GO app on my phone.  This has happened two consecutive days now. I have browsed the forum to try and find if VM have found a solution? I saw a post from 5 months ago saying they were ‘working on it’ Thanks.

    Hello.  I carried out the above 8 months ago, and it worked for a short time. 
    I have had several issues with the 360 box so a brand new one was sent to me. I replaced it last Friday, put in about 10 items on Watchlist, lo and behold the lot have disappeared!  Also having issues with some series recordings where they’re just not recording.  Intermittently, when trying to record, I see a message that the box is offline. I check the settings, system, diagnostics, and it all looks fine. I have it wifi connected as my TV isn’t near the router to plug the Ethernet cable in. I’ve been a customer since 1990 and never had so much trouble with a box. Any update for a solution? Thanks.

      Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of these issues. Can you do a factory reset again for us but this time choose 'format disk' - this will restore the box to factory default settings. 

  • Hello, no I’ve not clicked on any other profiles.  Now I can only add to Watchlist from my iPhone app, and not on the actual TV. Thanks

      Did you try to factory reset SCJC57?

      Ensure that you choose to keep your recordings so they are not lost in the reset. 

      Keep us posted with how you get on. 

  • It’s just my Watchlist disappearing. 
    recordings and planned are still there.

      Thanks for replying, sorry to hear the watchlist has vanished from your 360 and the App. 

      Can we please ask if you've clicked on the profiles button by accident and switched to another user's profile?

  • If you are also loosing recordings and planned recordings then you probably have a faulty box. As recording info is held on Virgin's servers if it's just your watchlist disappearing this info could also be held on their server's.

    You could try a factory reset using the keep recordings option to see if it makes any difference.

      I tried this today and it’s worked! The reset also did updates and sorted out a few niggles too.  Ie audio delay.  Thank you very much 😁
