was promised stream box as replacement for low signal 360 mini box, was sent another mini 360 box...

spoke to support on thursday and they agreed to send over an apollo stream box to use the wifi rather than get an engineer sent out for the signal issues. would prefer the wifi option.

box arrived today, its another mini 360 box, online support now say I cant have a stream box instead unless I pay for it?!?!?

help, its driving me crazy. I thought a stream box would be better as no need for an engineer visit and could then move the box across the room
