Waiting for 360 upgrades to be delivered
I had an email saying my TV box needs an upgrade so I ordered this on 28th July 2025 and had an email confirmation saying order may take up to 7 days. Since then I have heard nothing. My account says I do not have any outstanding orders so I can't track the delivery. I have tried an online chat but the chat box seemed to be programed to annoy as much as possible. The same response from the automated 150 phone line. I need help! I am waiting for a new 360 remote to upgrade my V6 box, and a mini 360 box and remote to replace an old Tivo box.
The new kit was delivered on Friday. I updated the V6 box to 360 with no major problems until I was showing my wife how the new remote works while watching Coronation Street. She was trying it out when suddenly the picture suddenly went very pixalated and unwatchable. I got the blame for breaking the TV by doing something wrong, but after some testing and a lot of moaning we realised that it was a national problem that coincided with me testing the upgrade.
I will replace my Tivo with the new Mini360 today and hope we don't have any more national breakdowns at the same time!
