VM 360 rubbish

Having nothing but issues with the new 360, apps not working including Netflix, My5,  iplayer all randomly coming up with error notices... never happened before the upgrade, even carried out a reset

  • How is the 360 connected to your hub, if it's wi-fi try using an ethernet cable to see if it makes difference.

    Was the reset a factory reset or just a power off and on reboot.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your Apps on our 360 box.
    I’d like to investigate this for you, as we may need to arrange for a new 360 box.
