Virgin tv 360 mini box buffering

So having upgraded (joke) from 2 TiVo boxes one upstairs and one downstairs with no problems to Virgin tv 360 box and mini box in June the mini box is useless I can’t watch anything that’s been recorded on it, it is constantly buffering I can’t only watch live tv, which destroys the whole object of the exercise it’s obviously a connection problem but I can’t move the box closer to the router and can’t move the router closer to the mini box. I got a virgin wifi pod but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks for taking the time to raise your TV issues with us relating to your mini box, we understand the frustration this can cause.

     

    Can you confirm how the box is connected to your network? Is it via a wired or wireless connection? If it is via your wireless network, are you able to connect it wired to see if this helps?

    The 360 mini needs a good network connection, and an Ethernet cable is the best option.
