Virgin 360 won't stay connected to wifi, but reverts to ethernet
My Virgin 360 tells me that the signal via my ethernet cable is weak. Therefore, I transferred the connection to my wifi. However, having pressed "Done", the wifi remains connected for a second or two and then reverts itself to ethernet connection. I can't persuade it to stay connected to my wifi, so my connection remains weak, iPlayer programmes are constantly buffering, and linear TV programmes keep breaking up. My TV tells me that my wifi signal is 70% but, as I say, I can't get my TV to stay connected to it. Any help on this matter gratefully received.
Just unplug the ethernet cable. I'm very surprised however, that the ethernet cable connection is worse than the Wifi? That's really unusual.
