  • Hi Fjm 👋

A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

I've just checked our systems and can see the migration was completed so I trust the issue has now been resolved.

If I can help with anything else, please let me know 🙂

I have a similar issue upgrading the box to 360. I have 2 boxes. One upgraded fine (after about 5 try’s). The second says update failed. Error MA/1/4/11.  Rebooted and that seemed to download the old box software. But it still gives the same error. Tried this about 10 times so far.

        Hi developer_dave

If you haven't done so already then try turning off the V6 by the switch on the back of the box;  then on the front of the V6 box  hold down both the power button and the - (minus) button at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.

If the power button and the -  button workaround doesn't solve it then try using the power button and the + (plus) button at the same time instead.

You could also try the three fingered salute, which is switch off on the back of the box;  then on the front hold down the plus, minus and power buttons at the same time, and switch on again whilst keeping all three buttons pressed down.  When it restarts you might see a message it can't acquire the channels. If so press OK and let it restart again.
