Virgin 360 mini box not powering on Sky Soundbox automatically

Hello

I just switched my main TV service from Sky to Virgin. I have noticed that when I take the 360 mini out of standby it doesn't turn on the soundbox automatically.  I was wondering if any other Virgin customers are experiencing this issue other than that I wish I had gotten rid of Sky long ago as Virgin has a lot clearer picture than Sky Q and 100% happy with the TV service other than this.

    If you have a main box and a mini box you could try swapping them around and pairing to the soundbox, just make sure you have the one power option set to on.
