V6 Box not upgrading

When you request the conversion, you should receive the new remotes within a few days, and then have a short time to instigate the reformat & software install before it's done for you automatically. Where in this process are you?

Can you be more specific about the troubleshooting you've tried thus far?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with upgrading your V box to 360, have you completed the change of package in order to get the new remote to trigger the software upgrade of your current V6 box? And since your post have you been able to get this resolved?
