upgraded to 360 stuck on welcome screen

hi

i have followed all advice for power and + and power and - to reset the box. tried to call but phone bot sends link to here and cuts you off.

Just renewed contract too, so not happy.

box is an old tivo one but was told it was ok for 360. got new controller and everything was going ok until my contract renewed and now nothing works….

any human help available.

    Are you sure you have an old tivo box and not a V6 box?

    With V6 regrades you are sent a new  TV360 remote control and the box receive an over the air  update.   The older tivo boxes need to be swapped out and you are sent a TV360 box instead.
