Upgrade to 360 constant pixalating

Anyone else having the same issue, cannot watch anything since the upgrade!  Leaving once contract ends as it’s an awful service

  • Mine took hours to upgrade as kept kicking me out then today it froze on the welcome screen and won’t work at all. Won’t even turn off. I too will be leaving once contract up. I have to wait until Tues for an engineer who will likely give me a new box. It is dreadful service and I had to contact a few times

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with the picture pixelating. Do you notice the issues happening on both boxes or is it only affecting one in particular? 

    Can you also let us know if you're seeing the issues across all channels or one in particular?
