Unable to set anything to record

I'm trying to record something on Channel 5 this evening but it's failing and just tells me to check later but it never sets. I then opened my mobile app to find the programme and set it to record and again this is also failing. I've tried other channels and again they are also failing.

  • Are you using your remote at home to set the recording and it didn't work so you have tried using the app and that hasn't worked either.

    The main 360 box needs to be connected to your hub and set to fast start or active start for recordings to be set.
