Unable to access Prime Video and tv catch-up apps

As per title. Had tivo box upgraded to TV360.

Managed to login with Netflix. Prime Video does not load. TV catch-up apps get login screen but unable to register using mobile phone provided code. Apps do not open.

    Solved this by doing a factory reset. This downloaded a software update which appears to have resolved the issue.
