Tv360 refurbs

I have had 2 replacement tv360 boxes in the past which are always refurbished ones... the latest one is now experiencing the same issues as the previous 2; hangs on startup, unable to play streamed content, lost of ALL recorded content and record settings!!! Why can't VM provide a reliable piece of hw!!!!
