TV360 ‘Only available at Home’
Recently updated my V6 box to TV360, using the new remote.
Ican save programmes and watch or delete them on the TV.
When I attempt to watch a saved programme on my iPad/iphone/laptop then device displays message ‘Only Available at Home’
All devices are on the same network (checked router). I am able to watch live programmes on all three devices which suggests that there is network connectivity.
I restart the 360 box and all three devices but still get the same error message.
The 360 is on ‘fast start’ mode, and the COE IP contains a valid ip address. The 360 is connected to the router/network via Ethernet.when I try and connect a device to my 360 box, is displayed ‘connecting to MYTV360’ and hangs.
