Tv channels bad

I replied to someone complaining about the sky sports channels being badly pixelated and just to say that the majority of the normal channels such as BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky channels are also bad.  Am taping so hoping that this won't be affected. Phoned 150 and told temp unavailable and can't sign in to website to check status.  This is really a bad service.  I pay a lot of money each month and getting a very poor service.
